Job Description:

• Experienced in BPOM Registration and BPOM Import permit
• Knowledgeable applying import quota to Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Marine affairs and Fisheries, and Ministry of Trade
• Knowledgeable to do Import Realization and LS Realization
• Provide responses to regulatory agencies regarding product information or issues.
• Train staff in regulatory policies or procedures
• Coordinate internal discoveries and depositions with team
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures or local working practices.
• Establish regulatory priorities or budgets and allocate resources and workloads.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations, including proposed and final rules.
• Direct the preparation and submission of regulatory agency applications, reports, or correspondence.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 2-3 years as a regulatory manager
• Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards.
