Requirements:

• Able to speak and write in English is a must;
• Indonesian Overseas Graduates are welcome to apply;
• Having knowledge and experience in editing content and photo min. Canva application;
• Minumum 2 years of work experience in related fields;
• Knowing the basics of sales & Marketing strategy is a plus;
• Have good communication skills, able to analyze and detail-oriented,
• Have good negotiation skills, good leadership, interpersonal skill, and open-minded;

Responsibility:

• Analyze, develop, execute, and manage strategic plans to improve business processes in the Sales Marketing division;
• Support the Sale team to ensure business processes run smoothly;
• Perform tracking and analysis to continually advance the sellers;
• Analyze market potential, track sales, and status reports;
• Increasing brand awareness and market share through various marketing techniques such as social media and direct marketing;
• Work with management to create new opportunities for growth;
• Plan PR-related events such as virtual and physical press conferences with partners.
