Job Responsibilities :

1. Achieving sales targets for building material products in the some assign areas (Jakarta, Surabaya)
2. Ensuring the project handled gets the secure stage
3. Maintain good relationship with business partners
4. Running good relations and negotiations with contractors/developers
5. Carry out product education to the team of business partners & building shops
6. Carry out market Intelligence function & create competitor activity report

Job Requirement :

1. Graduated from Bachelor (S1) Degree
2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Building / Flooring Industry
3. Have wide networking and strong leadership
4. Professional English skills
5. Experience to manage project customer, B2B segments and industrial customers
6. Teamwork and customer-oriented profile with strong communication skills
7. Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling
