Lowongan HRGA Manager di PT Indobamboo Lestari

Job Responsibility :

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and business strategy;
• Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints and grievances, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures;
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including developing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers;
• Design and manage Career Planning systems and provide appropriate employee recommendations in placement (mutation, rotation); promotion/demotion;
• Manage the administrative functions of the organization, including managing employee records, managing the payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws;
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs;
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance;
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage the general affairs functions of the organization, including managing office facilities and supplies;
• Collaborate with other managers and employees to promote a positive and inclusive work culture;
• Stay up to date on changes in labor laws and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
• 7 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources;
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations and industry best practices;
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills;
• Training & Certification: Integrated HR Management is plus point.
