- Compile, calculate, and enter data in a payroll system.
- Ensure all payroll information is up to date and accurate.
- Ensure that salary, withholding taxes and government contributions comply with regulations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, payroll processing issues and any issue that may arise thorough out the process.
- Close coordination with Finance for payment, reports and claim
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively with an upbeat and positive attitude.
- Provide Monthly report Payroll, OT, BPJS, Tax, and Global KPI
- Provide Monthly report to Finance for cost manpower based on production report.
- Provide Yearly payroll, dismissal and absenteeism report for Audit purpose
Qualification needs:
- Graduate Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum of 3 -year experience in Human Resources Compensation and Benefits field.
- Knowledgeable with BPJS, Pph21, actuaria and other Compensation and Benefits rules based on Labor Law.
- Excellent skill using Ms. Excel and spreadsheets.
- Interest and ability in analytical analysis
- Detail-oriented, professional attitude and reliable.
- Flexibility and eagerness to meet the challenges of an organization
- To be based in Cikarang, Bekasi Jawa Barat
