Hi, Laris Chandra is looking for Regional Sales Manager (Executive Dealer), placement in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire sales process throughout in Sumatera, Kalimantan & Sulawesi Area
• Responsible for the demand for promotional items from dealers
• Provide monthly sales reports
• Make programs to bind relations and subscriptions contracts
• Visit all executive dealers in each area at least 3 times in 1 year
• Provide support and cooperate with sales agents

Qualifications

• Maximum 40 years old. Willing to do a business trip.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (previous experience in oil and automotive)
• Have a nationwide business relation, good record as a professional individual.
• Knowledge in oil and automotive product. Solid understanding to monitor the market, including trends, products and players.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines.
• Strong business acumen, experience in managing screening potential business deals, sourcing partners (executive dealer), building relationship, and overseeing all aspects of collaboration, requirements, and contract negotiation
