• Representing the founder in making decisions and authority in leading the company
• Direct monitoring of marketing work (sales targets, promotions and product quality), Warehouse Management System, and production processes
• Responsible for the development of sales, marketing, and company branding Responsible for business planning & operational managemen Think strategically, have a leadership spirit, & entrepreneurship
• Plan, implement, coordinate, supervise, and analyze all business activities
• Ensure the development & implementation of strategies designed to develop the company and executed very well
• Monitoring & evaluation of all work processes, both human resources, sales, marketing, branding, production, warehouse and other operations
• Plan & control company policies so that they can run optimally
• Make improvements to company policies that are deemed necessary or deemed no longer relevant to the ongoing realization with the aim of maximizing performance
• Lead and motivate all levels of staff and employees under it, including monitoring the performance of each staff and employee
• Make an action plan for the problems that are happening

Qualification :

• Minimum education S1 / S2
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• Maximum age 40 years
• Having experience as Operational Manager in a Retail,Manufactured or Warehouse company is preferred
• Mastering the planning and decision for Companuy operational
• Mastering Business Operations, strong analytical ability & problem solving aptitude in Production,Retail and Warehouse operational
• Has a pleasant personality, likes to socialize, thinks critically, is confident, mature & has a service mindset
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Domiciled and stay in Bali
