Lowongan Operational Excellence Manager di PT Bumitangerang Mesindotama

1. Setting up the right approach and monitoring of the implementation operational excellence 2.0.
2. Controlling and doing cost variance analysis regularly and tracking improvement to cost saving and mitigate any cost deviation.
3. Set up loss/waste cost in manufacturing with manufacturing team for cost improvement.
4. Monitor and setting up approach of AM-PM implementation progress, for pilot plant and roll out.
5. Conduct cost benchmarking for best-in-class road map and coordinate on cost savings initiatives through operational excellence methodology and right cost structure.
6. Active to campaign and develop people on operational excellence awareness and capability.
7. Monitor breakdown analysis including guide RCA implementation.

Job Requirements:

1. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
2. Must be fluent in English
3. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
5. Working experience 5years+ in Operational Excellence/World Class Maintenance or TPM
6. Having knowledge in Operational Excellence Program
7. Minimum Educational background Bachelors (Economics/ Engineering or related fields)
