Job Summary

• to plan and direct the accounting activities of the department.
• responsible for the preparation of the full sets of accounts with analysis and reconciliation schedules and the preparation of monthly reports, consolidations packages and statutory for the year-end closings.
• plan, review, and monitor the company's budget periodical tracking in order to ensure the activities are always within budget.
• managing and check the tax monthly report and annual tax return to ascertain the report in accordance with regulation of company, the law and regulation to minimize task risk.

Responsibilities :

• establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparations.
• responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year, processing tax payments and returns
• managing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• publish financial statements in time
• manage all accounting transactions
• audit financial transactions and documents
• comply with financial policies and regulations
• ensure timely bank payments
• reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• performs other duties assigned

Requirements :

• proven experience as an accountant
• excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• advanced in MS Office and finance software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• excellent communication skills
