Lowongan Dispatch Planning Assistant Manager di PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia

Assistant Manager Dispatch Planning is responsible to develop effective strategies in dispatch and to increase production efficiency and output, continues improvement by creating more workflow resources better to boost product quality, reduce waste, and create value in pipeline by increase company profitable. S/he oversee overall aspect in the production/ supply processes and recommend changes as required.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Establish 3 months production/supply planning strategies as manufacturing guideline with consider production line efficiency and minimize change over
• Develop supply strategy of Raw Material & Packaging Material dispatch and ensure availability before production commenced with acceptable inventory level. Including pull in/out incoming RM according to customer request.
• Set up weekly master production scheduling/RCCP and detail scheduling to fulfill customer demand dan deploy to respective stake holder.
• Lead daily coordination with all stake holder to ensure production plan / dispatch volume is executed.

Qualifications and Skills needed :

• Good proficiency in English
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or other relevant major (Oleochemical background will be a plus point)
• Business acumen mindset with commercial growth behaviour embedded.
• Have work experience in Supply Chain Planning (RCCP, Master Prod. Schedule) by min 3 years dealing with Chemical Industry Environment and minimum 7 years of total experience.
• Be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
• Preference for candidates with solid operational working knowledge of SAP, Strong Microsoft Excel and Complex Data Management
• Results oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills
• Demonstrates continuous improvement approach to streamline work processes and improve production planning.
• Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei Factory (Kabupaten Simalungun, North Sumatera).
