Job Requirement:

• Minimum bachelors degree in any major
• Having minimum 5 years experiences
• Understanding Corporate Law, BI Regulation and Litigations Strategy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical with strong attention to details & data/gap analysis, risk assessment, speed reading skills, write & present internal control reports
• Experience in payment industry, finance company or banks is point plus.

Job Description

• Familiar with BI and PPATK Regulations, including but not limited to reporting obligation and transaction monitoring
• Capable to develop, implement and maintain control systems and relevant internal standard procedures and guidelines
• Review all documents related to compliance
• Monitoring Transaction
• Transaction report to Regulator
• Prepare the required reports of every corporate action carried out by the company based on the relevant laws and regulations
• Manage archiving activities to control documents and enforceability of document files
• Review all documents related to compliance;
• Responsible for new policies/guidelines and/or revise existing / applicable policies/guidelines in the field of Regulator
• Coordinate with Regulator
