-MARKETING FOR FREIGHT FORWARDING / EXPORT IMPORT

Responsibilites : 

• Sales performance against target assigned.
• Develop new clients and retain the existing clients.
• To respond to incoming queries and ensure quick service to customers.
• Prepare and attend client meetings.
• To be well aware of the import-export market.
• To have a good know-how of the service providers and customers.
• Desired Attributes.
• Highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Good presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, especially with external customers.
• Independent and possess a high drive to excel.

Requirement : 

• Good Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Minimum 3 years of excellent sales or sales manager experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Transportation brokerage/sales experience, marketing multipart logistical solutions to a wide range of clients.
• Knowledge of Trade show, LCL, FCL, and Air Freight, as well as other supply chain management solutions.
• Computer skills: Solid skills with MS Office software; good experience with sales automation, customer relationship management, and other web-based software programs.
• Interpersonal skills: Sociable personality with knowhow at developing relationships.
• Communication skills: This role required to be analytical and a problem solver with an adequate skill set to handle stressful situations while putting the needs of the customer first.
• Time management and multitasking skills: It is not out of place to be on the phone while sending emails or instant messages to co-workers at the same time.
