Job description:

• Determine, implement and monitor research and development strategies and priorities to support organisations commercial, policy or research objectives.
• Preparation, review, release, modification, and supervision of the national product specification standards.
• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
• Understand formulation concept on to-be manufactured product.
• Manage product development projects, with technical and commercial feasibility of products to guide and supervise all project processes, and solve problems encountered in a timely manner; and continuously improve and correct the difficulties in the new product development process
• Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from apothecary or related field
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Proficiency in English (both oral & written)
• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent product development skill
• Strong material knowledge
• Preferably have experience in research and development
• Licensed Full-time Pharmacist
