1. To make sure all accounting journal transactions are timely & accurately.
2. To strictly make sure all financial transactions comply with Tax Regulation (record, payment and reporting).
3. Managing cash flow to support all operation activities efficiently.
4. Doing internal control for all financial aspects / companys assets.
5. To make sure every month end & year end closing are timely & accurately done as per company deadline.
6. Review Financial Reporting / Management Reporting Analysis in order to improve all financial / operational activities.
7. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Ministry of Finance, Accounting & Tax.
8. Manage annual cash flow reports, budgets & forecasts.
9. Responsible for monthly and annual financial reports.
10. Prepare tax planning report also update tax law update, Liaise with Tax Consultant in providing document and explaination to Tax.
11. Auditor Responsible for tax reporting and managing all corporate taxation such as PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4 (2), VAT and the Company's Annual SPT.
12. Prepare all ad hoc data required for management and lead for FAT team.
13. The role will be reporting to Board of Director.

Requirements:

1. Maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration, Business Development ,or marketing management. Master degree is a plus
3. Having experiences at least 3 years in the same position as FAT Manager, preferably in Heavy Equipment Business (Dump Truck ,etc
4. STRONG IN ENGLISH, MANDARIN IS A PLUS
5. Experienced in Handling financial transaction from mining SITE location (Sulawesi)
6. Experienced as financial control or able to set up audit system will be a PLUS
7. Placement in North Jakarta (Kelapa Gading)
8. Willing to do business travel regularly
