Management Trainee Program:

Big Fish Hunter (大鱼捕手 Dayubushou) is a headhunting company and currently hiring outstanding graduates for Big Fish Hunter Management Trainee Program for Executive Search Consultant. As a BFH-MT, you will follow a comprehensive 4 weeks program that aims to grow high-performing talents that possess adaptive skills and growth mindset in order to become the future leaders of Big Fish Hunter.

​The program consists of 4 (four) phases with regular evaluation stages. By the end of the program; you are expected to be prime candidates for the future leadership roles who share our company values rooted in respect and standout with your own distinctive strengths.

Qualifications

• Graduates from a reputable local/international university from any major, fresh graduates, or having internship experience in recruitment/sales is a plus
• Preferably below 25 years old.
• Communications: Speak good English is needed to communicate with clients and candidates, Mandarin is a PLUS
• Comfortable with target and goal oriented
• People oriented, disciplined, confident, outgoing and eager to learn
• Good communication skills
