Shipping Execution Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Handle import procedures (shipment in bulk) and warehouse in and out activities.
• Follow up import documentation (shipping documents).
• Monitor vessels schedules and other information to be shared to customers.
• Coordinate with freight forwarder/EMKL/PPJK, cargo surveyor, and warehouses PIC.
• Recap import quantity (stock inbound and outbound in the warehouse).
• Cooperate with the finance team about account receivable and account payable (included
•  Import tax payment (PIB) and support external and tax audit.
• Create and filing office documents (sales contract, sales invoice, Delivery order (DO) /SPK,

payment proposal, etc.).

• Online submission and reporting related to Ministry of Agriculture (Simrek PKH) and Ministry

of Trade (Inatrade) websites.

Requirements:

·      Minimum 3 years experience in import (highly preferred import in bulk)

·      Language: Fluent in English, both verbal and written

·      Knowledge in import flow and procedure of import and warehouse (in and out) activities

·      Familiar with office administration
