Key Role:

1. On Time and Accurate Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting
2. Update Factory Management on Financial Results
3. Accurate reporting within KC accounting standards, KC internal controls and global accounting regulations

Job Role and Responsibility:

1. Perform analysis of actual to forecast/budget variances project by project.
2. Formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with group policies
3. Complete account reconciliations monthly related with operative accounts
4. Preparing and analyse monthly internal financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
5. Manage monthly closing that related to the project settlement
6. Review the contractual instruction for every contract with customer before confirming the order and ensuring comply with group policies
7. Responsible for monthly operative reporting in good time and quality according to the group policies
8. Assist in the preparation of budgets or annual planning or forecasts
9. Responsibility for researching, analyzing and filtering financial data, draw conclusions and make proposals and observations to the local management team
10. Focus on the following financial tasks:

• P/L and B/S analysis
• Costs structure development
• Assets management
• Cash flow analysis and currency hedging
• Customer/project profitability
• Performing economic and sales forecasting
• Annual and strategic long-term planning
• Maintenance of local ERPs financial parameters
• Advise on creation of business budget

Competencies and Skills Required:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting/Economy or related field.
2. Minimum 6 years' experience in finance (esp. Business Controller or Financial Planning & Analyst)
3. SAP (FICO/HANA)
4. Microsoft Excel
5. Analytical Ability
6. Demonstrating management skills
7. Good grasp of the English language (verbal and written)
