Department Head of Network Services in the implementation of IT infrastructure Networks for Telecommunication Industries and Large Enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for the network services engineer team to support implementation and post sales activities.
• Review technical competencies of the network services engineer team and manpower planning to support all running projects.
• Collaborate with internal and/ or external stakeholders to implement Network Services projects, including architectures and processes, aligning them with organizational goals.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding system status, service updates, planned outages, unplanned outages, and service delivery issues for all running projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Telecommunication or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in post-sales or similar roles in IT companies.
• 3+ years experience in managerial roles.
• Have a broad knowledge of IT solutions for Telecommunication Industries and large enterprises.
• Technical Capabilities: Routing & Switching, MPLS/VPN, VPLS, Metro-E, Wifi, GPON/FTTX.
• Non-Technical Capabilities: Self Motivation, adaptation, communication, negotiation.
