Requirements:

1. Have knowledge and experience using HTML, Javascript,
2. CSS, PHP, and Python is a must
3. Have a good communication skills
4. Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs

Job Description:

1. Support the custom application using PHP (Laravel and Codeigniter)
2. Support the eBesha product application using Python
3. Handle problems that occur in applications, such as errors, bugs, or suboptimal performance
4. Provide technical support to application users, including providing assistance in using the application and answering questions that may arise.
5. Perform troubleshooting and diagnose problems that occur in the application, and find solutions to fix them
6. Compile and maintain application documentation, including user guides and new releases
7. Work closely with the application development team to improve performance and add new features
8. Work together with other IT teams to resolve problems that occur in systems related to applications
