Job Description:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to commercialization, for baby & maternal care products across various categories.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive landscape, translating them into product concepts and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, packaging, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Develop product briefs, specifications, and timelines, managing the project from concept development, formulation, and testing to final production.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, considering factors such as cost, manufacturing capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and select external vendors, suppliers, and partners for formulation, packaging, and manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality guidelines throughout the product development process.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Product Development/Product Innovation/Business Development.
• Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Science Major.
• In-depth knowledge of the product development process, including formulation, testing, packaging, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
