Qualifications :

• Minimum Master's Degree in legal studies (Hukum Bisnis) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 40 years old.
• Minimum 10 years of proven solid experience as a Legal Specialist/ In-house legal counsel, including providing legal advice/opinion to the company, preferably within the construction/infrastructure industry.
• Well understanding of the Law of Limited Liability, Investment, Construction, Renewable Energy, and Labor Law; understanding FIDIC contracts would be advantageous.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Indonesian due to the nature of the business and high level of interactivity with legal/management officers across international teams/stakeholders
• Good knowledge and skills in government licensing bureaucracy procedure, company certification, and corporate legality documents.
• Proficiency in legal research and the capacity to adapt to evolving legal issues.
• Having high skills in contract drafting, review and strong negotiator.
• Strong analytic skills and high attention to detail.
• Proactive, high initiative, interpersonal & problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with low supervision.
• Having the ability to handle a high volume of work and fast-paced team environment.
• Discipline, quick responses, flexibility, and good personality.
