Field Engineer Development Program is a one year professional program development for fresh graduates who are keen to continue their career in Field Engineering area. The program will be consist of technical skill development, soft skill development and field working experiences in our project areas across Indonesia.

If you meet below requirements, you are ready to meet the challenges in the "Field Engineer Development Program":

  1. Min. Fresh Graduates for Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering with Minimum GPA 3.25 from well known universities in Indonesia.
  2. Willing to join the full one year program of Field Engineer Development Program in the company.
  3. Keen to be assigned at any place of company operation in temporary or permanent assignment after the program finish.
  4. Good communication skill and personalities.
  5. Able to speak and write in English.
  6. Eager to learn a new things.
  7. Good analytical thinking and problem solving.
