• Proven working experience in sales, preferably in the edible oil industry minimum 5 years
• Good communication in writing and verbal (English Skill)

• Good relations with the others

Job Description

• Supervise/Observe all sales activities of the sales team
• Coordinate with sales teams dan product teams to align sales activities
• Create a sales reports
• Looking for new orders/customers, and understand the right potential customers for the product
• Create a new methods to reach customers
• Mapping the potential customers based on data analytics, to look for new opportunities
• Validate the incoming PO
• Make a plan to achieve targets
• Providing guidance, training and performance evaluation for sales team
• Implementation of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO and SJH System
