Lowongan Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager di PT Ged Lintas Indonesia

1. Prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
2. Responsible for managing the company's finance, including budgeting, cash monitoring and cost analysis.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports with high accuracy and ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
4. Excellent in creating cash flow report, financial report, annual budget and company tax planning.
5. Manage and supervise debts by determining the priority of debt payments so as not to interfere with the company cash flow position and ensure that all receivables can be collected within the term of payment grace that has been given by the company.
6. Complies with federal, state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
7. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
8. Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
9. Handling and ensuring the closing timeline is managed promptly.
10. Responsible for the accuracy of information and timeliness in the presentation of financial and report.
11. Liaise with third parties

Job Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting and tax position with relevant experience in team management.
3. Holding Tax certification of Brevet A and B.
4. Good understanding of Indonesia Taxation and Local Tax Filling System.
5. Experience in liaising with local tax bureau and external tax consultant.
6. Strong analytical skill and proficiency in Financial Software.
7. Have a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, professional dedication and good leadership.
8. Detail oriented and strong management skill.
9. Fully WFO at Headquarters in Tebet, South Jakarta.
