* establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that align with the needs and goals of the businesses

* lead the implementation of these capabilities, ie. Media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimisation and data and analytics to support business growth

* establishing guidelines for content creation to ensure that all materials are consistent with the brand image

*work closely with the sales team, to ensure that all promotion and campaign activity, in accordance with sales goals and objectives

* lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaign, with a focus on optimisation

* develop and maintain all company digital channel, including marketplace and website
