PLANT MANAGER

Location : Indramayu

Lead all aspects of factory operations to achieve targets as budgeted by utilizing all resources (assets, working capital, labor, raw meterials, equipment) efficiently and effectively

Lead factory activities effectively and efficiently to meet targets in terms of quantity, quality and time

Condition :

Minimum education : S1/S2 degree in Industrial Engineering / Chemcical Engineering or other engineering

Maximum age : 40 years old

Minimum 5 years work experience in manufacturing, with 3 years of them in a synthetic chemical factory, and at least 3 years as a plant / factory manager

Computer literate (Autocad, Office) and Fluent in English

Have good analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to manage a team well, and target oriented.

Willing to be placed in Indramayu - West JAVA
