Job Requirements :

1. Education Level S1
2. Minimum 2-3 years working experience related with FMCG business
3. Advertising/trade marketing background are encourage to apply
4. Understanding AC Nielsen data reading
5. Has experience in FMCG and has logic thinking process and willing to travel across
6. Fluent in English

Job Responsibilities :

1. The person will handle snack business
2. Coordinate new product development with other department (R&D, finance, purchasing, supply chain)
3. Monitor P&L of the brand and proactively creating recommendation to grow the brand further
4. Understand consumer insight and translate to marketing strategy
5. Work closely with advertising agency in order to support brand promotion
6. Report and work together with brand manager
7. Works with and provides direction to R&D on Product Developement
8. Initiating market research studies
9. Identifying and building the brand’s positioning and identity
10. Plans out general look/image of the brand and design for packaging, merchandising materials and other
11. Prepares yearly budget & calender of activities for advertising, public relations, promotions and research
12. Conceptualing and drawing up programs for advertising, public relation, promotions, distribution drives, business development, special events, below the line activities and public relations
13. Conceptualizing and setting up policies on distribution, display, pricing, merchandising, promotion and media
14. Reviewing and present promotional work plans, budget appropriations, periodical reports & updates to management
15. Monitor and evaluate program being implemented
16. Forecasts yearly & monthly sales volume
17. Prepares forward business/marketing plans product launches
