A Hostess is responsible for making sure that the customer has the best possible experience.

• Providing a point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues
• Providing personalised service and assistance for large parties of guests and VIPs
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the front of house area
• Creating an appropriate atmosphere for guests that’s in line with the bar’s image or branding

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same filed. 
• Excellent Communication Skills: Must have strong verbal communication skills in English to greet and interact with guests effectively.
• Customer Service Oriented: A host/hostess should be friendly, welcoming, and attentive to guest needs.
• Professional Appearance: Should maintain a neat and professional appearance in uniform or attire provided by the establishment.
• Organizational Skills: Able to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with other staff members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Up-Selling Skills: Encourage guests to explore menu options and promote special offerings.
• Problem-Solving: Have the ability to think on your feet and find solutions to unexpected challenges.
• Customer-Focused: Always prioritize the guest experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of bar etiquettes.
• Willing to be placed in Lagoi, Bintan - Kepulauan Riau
