Lowongan Supervisor Finance & Accounting di PT Alcotraindo Batam

Position Introductory:

The incumbent will supervise a small finance team, while providing guidance to other staffs, control their job for daily finance activity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Finance Manager on reviewing GL# and giving training for the teams and complete other tasks assigned.
• Lead the Finance team (3 HC) by overseeing and monitoring Finance staff daily performance.
• Drive the Payment process (completeness document, supporting, accuracy, compliance etc)
• Drive the team in monthly & yearly closing process, and ensure the deadline is achieved.
• Manage and report monthly tax document to Tax Consultant
• Manage and check balance sheet reconciliation.
• Review and validate all journal entries including payment voucher, received voucher, sales & supplier invoice.
• Review Bank Indonesia reporting
• Assist Senior Finance Manager in providing all documents requested by Auditor.
• Lead the Finance team to comply with the SOP, DOA (Delegation of Authorization) and Tax Regulation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with GPA > 3.0
• Min. 3 years of accounting field experience and handle team (Min.1HC)
• Must have strong finance, accounting & tax skills,
• Good at managing people & deadline
• Has a good knowledge in SOP, ERP system and Excel.
• Prefer one of certification (CPA, CA, CPMA, CMA, ACCA, Brevet A & B, others)
