Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
• Having experience in purchasing is preferred
• Having knowledhe in ERP system is preferred
• Capable to operate Ms. Office
• Have good negoitation and communication skills
• Fluent in english both oral and written

Key Responsibilities:

• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiation of contract terms and prices
• Track orders and ensure smooth delivery
• Transfer Purchase Request into Purchase Order in the ERP system
• Monitoring stock balance
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure stock in requiremenys are met
