Job Description

• Supervising assigned accounts to identifying unresolved debts;
• Finding, contacting and visiting customer to ask about their overdue payments;
• Following-up with customer on overdue accounts;
• Responding to customer account queries in a timely and professional manner;
• Taking actions to encourage timely debt payments;
• Resolving billing and customer credit issues;
• Reporting on collection activity and accounts receivable status;
• Repossessing the heavy equipment, along with prepare the repossession (contacting local law enforcer, local organization, etc and coordinating internal resources);
• Contacting repossession companies and maintain/coordinating with repossession companies to do repossessing the heavy equipment;
• Finding missing heavy equipment or equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (bachelor's degree in law preferred);
• Having experiences at least 3 (three) years in leasing company or in commercial collections, especially in repossession of heavy equipment;
• Having government connections and resources to affiliate the general knowledge of collection laws, regulations, principles of credit lending, and risk management;
• Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Excellent negotiation skills and able to write collection report in English;
• Ability to gather and analyze information and use it to develop solutions to problems;
• Willing to be assigned to all regions in the territory of Indonesia;
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, honest and hardworking;
