Manage the daily activities in and around the line.

1. To make sure that the production line build the product according to the production plan(contract)
2. Plan and organize manpower to meet customer requirements.
3. Supervise operator to follow company, rules & regulation

Complete all daily check sheets (Kanban set change, daily machine check, etc)

1. Check Jig and line set-up conditions before start of production,
2. Prepare and record (Machine history/ Training skill up sheet/ Changeover sheet/ Daily output attendance)
3. Ensure quality for the first piece of product start is correct and recorded.
4. Ensure Semi-product] Finished product sent to COP. Test
5. Ensure documents in line are updated.
6. Prepare and check Parts as per Part Inspection list" for each model.
7. Ensure Standardized Work Instructions are available and updated for all production models.

Application of APS tools in and around the line

1. Ensure operators maintain one-piece flow, Productivity, and good quality products,
2. Support APS Implementation through active participation in APS workshop activity
3. Ensure the operator understands suggestions and involvement.

Operators are trained appropriately.

1. Training new operator refresh training according as plan.
2. Update operator skill matrix as per training and evaluation result

Operator training is regularly revised based on the training plan,

1. Perform appraisal for operators’ attendance and skill,
2. Achieve lines policy deployment.
