Job Description :

· Manage function of accounting, taxation, finance department & budgeting related to cash management, procurement, financial report & company taxation based on government regulation.

· Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management.

· Manage, maintain, and review procedures & policies for Finance, Accounting, Tax, Investment and Procurement.

· Responsible for the preparation and deadlines for submitting periodic reports to the Management, the Holding Company and routine reports and publication reports to regulators.

· Analyze financial, Accounting, Tax records to improve efficiency.

 Job Qualification :

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (Master Degree is a plus) in Accounting.

· Good skill in managing cash flow and payments.

· Great understanding Finance Require.

· Must be able to speak English, Understand Chinese will be priority
