- Responsible for cooperating with professional statistical work on coal, oil and spare parts;
- Responsible for cooperating with professional statistics on technical indicators such as generated electrical energy and plant power consumption;
- Organizing and keeping of statistical data;
- Participate in the daily production morning meeting and make a complete record of the content of the meeting;
- Cooperate with the operation department and the finance department to do a good job in reporting various production indicators;
- check and supervise the implementation of the production plan;
- Weekly and Monthly reports;
- Communication with related government institutions or contractors.
- Accept the translation task assigned by the department head;
- Text and verbal translation in the project;
- Participate in various meetings, translate and responsible for minutes of meeting, and organize and file minutes of meeting;
- Responsible for the daily verbal and text translation of the project;
- Responsible for the hospitality of the project-related foreigner;
- Assist in the training of basic Indonesian language training for Chinese employees in the project
- Translation of project materials and the sorting and archiving of materials
- Assist department leaders to handle negotiations, document translation, simultaneous interpretation, Indonesian, English correspondence and other related work;
- Responsible for the organization and arrangement of production morning meetings, preparation of minutes of meeting, and reminders for resolutions;
- Participate in professional training and exchanges carried out within the project, to improve the professional level of translation;
- Participate in the translation of tender technical documents
