Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execute all visual needs (social media content, website content, ads, promos, education, awareness, etc.)
• Build strong visual communication projects to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers
• Develop creative ideas & identity for new campaigns on various media and digital platforms
• Designing graphic content, illustrations, motion graphics, and infographics needed for internal or external publications.
• Coordinate between Marketing and Creative teams to ensure a smooth flow of work 
• Stay up to date with the current trends in the creative marketing field
• Manage personal timeline to give all deliverables at the appointed time
• Determine the color palette, pattern, and design to be used to ensure uniformity and great aesthetics
• Ensure final graphics/layouts are visually appealing and stay within brands guidelines

Qualification:

• At least more than 3 years of working experience in creative and design
• Flexible and independent, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong skills operating Adobe suites (2D/3D static & motion design)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Having a basic knowledge of cryptocurrency & blockchain technology is a big plus
• Having a basic knowledge of financial assets investment & trading is a big plus
• Creative, passionate about design, attention to detail, fresh design ideas, and having a sense of problem-solving through visual products.
