Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Business, Law or Psychology.
• Experience in HRGA Generalist for 3 - 5 years.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Understand about Labor regulation.
• Understand about HRGA operation flow.
• Has good Interpersonal Skill, Strong Customer Care & Service Oriented
• Strong analytical and organization development.
• Willing to work in variative tasks,
• Detail oriented.
• Having Good Initiative and Proactive.
• Good team player and strong personality.

Job Description :

• Supporting HRGA strategic objectives in order to have alignment with company's goal.
• Handle and responsible for organizing and monitoring of recruitment process.
• Analyze for training needs, create performance management, talent management, find the vendor for training program, organize and evaluate the result.
• Monitor and review the implementation of employee benefit.
• Counseling employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Support in the developing and maintenance of the integrated Human Resources Management System.
• Updating, implement and ensuring compliance matter with labor regulation in order to have alignment with the regulation and to avoid labor issues.
• Evaluate HRGA expenses in order to have efficient working operation and reduce unnecessary cost.
• Handling and monitoring of GA opeartions to have proper flow and fulfill the request as schedule, such as design company's asset management system, inventory stock check monitoring, etc.
• Communicate, coordination and negotiation with external parties.
