Duties And Responsibilities:

1. Develop the relevant annual plan for all business unit, revenue targets, and expense budget and present them for review with the top management to ensure this is in line with the company policies.
2. Monitor guest satisfaction reports and respond to feedback and complaints ensuring procedures are followed to preserve the outlets and the company’s positive image.
3. Develop and ensure consistently high personalized service standards, good food quality, and presentation, in line with guest expectations and the company standards.
4. Develop and implement marketing, advertising, public, and community relations programs; evaluate program results; identify and track changing demands.
5. Ensure effective purchasing, stock control, and food cost control, selecting good value high-quality products in line with the Restaurant concept and budgets, and maintaining availability whilst minimizing waste and loss.
6. Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for all WSG business units are on target and accurate.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree holder in hospitality management or related fields
2. Candidate should possess minimum 5 years of relevant experience running a remarkable restaurant of which at least 2-3 years’ experience at a senior management level.
3. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, critical thinking, high initiatives, proactive communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
4. Fluent in English
5. Basic Business & Finance literate ( P&L, Budgeting, Projection, & Forecasting )
6. Has a well-developed interest in food and wines; has undergone professional training in food and all kinds of beverage knowledge.
