In this role, you will be responsible for Leading and coordinating Facility Engineering and Projects.

In your new role, you will:

• Responsible for ensuring Infrastructure projects from Planning until execution within target timeline and budget.
• Responsible for estimating the cost of the project.
• Review and monitor infra-project progress status updates.
• Implement and ensure all the safety, security, and cleanroom protocols are always followed during project execution.
• Responsible for infrastructure system Acceptance and testing Knowledge (testing & commissioning, buy-off, change order, etc.).
• Required to understand the working principle of other infrastructure systems such as electrical, mechanical, cleanroom & building automation.
• Carry out cost-saving activities, Decarbonization, and Utilities Efficiency.
• All other works assigned by Superior.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. A secondary degree in an engineering-related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years (Senior) working in high technology multinational manufacturing environment with specialization in Facility Management.
• Having exposure to production expansion and hookup projects.
• Ability to manage large projects with a team of min 100 people.
• Proficient in Project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Building codes, Quality Management, ESH, and other regulatory requirements.
• Intensive exposure to modern technologies such as SAP, SCADA, and Wonderware will be an added advantage.
• Good communication in English both written and verbal''
