JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Create and develop Product Concept, Design, Photoshoot, graphics, and layout for digital, web, social Media, E-Commerce, printing (brochures, newsletters, banners, posters, promo merchandise), key visual design and packaging completely with high quality and on time.
2. Identify trends and create content for TikTok/IG/Facebook/E-com.
3. Execute creative briefs for business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and engaging ideas within brand expression and standards.
4. Creating other supporting contents such as site content, icons, banner, color and visual guideline.
5. Able to follow brand guidelines, understand corporate brand standards and identity. And also provide feedback to enhance the output from time to time.
6. Able to lead a discussion during brainstorming, ideation and production phase. And also have the ability to present the ideas to the stakeholder and also supervise any third parties.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Willing to work On-Site.
2. Experience as Graphic Design in property and/or hospitality.
3. Proven at least 3-years of work experience using Adobe Creative suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effect.
4. Must possess minimum S1 / Bachelor’s Degree majoring Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia from reputable university.
5. Knowledge of layout, graphic fundamentals, typography, print & the web, HTML & CSS.
6. Expert in Design and Photography.
7. Have good story telling skills, communication skill, creative and innovative.
8. Able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime (if needed)
9. Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team.

WORK EXPERIENCE DESIRED :

1. Strong writing and content development skills. Able to design standard marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, banners, posters
2. PREFERABLY HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN DIGITAL AGENCY
3. Familiarity in B2B and B2C marketing and promotional campaigns
4. Familiarity with digital content development and SEM
5. Creativity in developing marketing and promotional campaigns
