Qualifications :

1. Diploma from a university, or equivalent from a recognized institution.

2. Profound knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.

3. Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent organizational abilities.

4. Familiarity with a variety of coffee products and basic computer proficiency.

5. Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

6. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

7. Ideally, less than 1 year of experience as a Barista in Food/Beverage/Restaurant service or a related field.

Responsibilities :

1. Expertly prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages while upholding the cleanliness of the coffee station.

2. Deliver outstanding customer service and adeptly handle cash transactions.

3. Assist customers by addressing product inquiries, processing orders and payments, replenishing shelves, maintaining accurate inventory records, and collaborating closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
