We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Contracting Supervisor who has proven analytical skills, excellent product knowledge, and an eye for detail.

 Profile:

• At least 3 years of working experience in the hospitality and travel industry.
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Good communication, excellent negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Have good relationship skills, customer-centric with a commitment to high standards of service delivery.
• Strong leadership skills, good analytical, resourceful, problem-solving, trustworthy, and highly confidential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•  What you’ll be doing:

As Contracting Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining supplier contract rates including:

• Negotiate and contract existing/new product rates.
• To ensure competitive product rates.
• Developing and maintaining good and healthy relationships with suppliers.
• Visit and inspect existing and new suppliers to ensure the quality.
• Act as the face-to-face key point contact for accommodation supplier.
• Collaborating with other department to ensure that all client needs are met and that the business runs smoothly.
