Requirements

This job might be fit for you if

1. Holds a law degree from reputable university
2. Fluent in english, both oral and writing
3. Minimum 1 year of working experience in the field of law, e-commerce, in-house legal counsel, or reputable law firm
4. Has been exposed to engagement with government officials
5. Has ability to navigate through regulatory barriers and develop strategies to   overcome such barriers
6. Highly motivated to non stop learning and to manage multiple tasks
7. Has the ability to work on a wide range of corporate legal matters
8. Familiar with OSS RBA is a must
9. Excellent knowledge on legal basis, legal aspects, experience in M&A or IP Law is a   plus

Extra awesome if you... 

1. Regularly updated with new regulation in relation to business and corporate matters
2. Prepare and review wide variety of commercial agreements
3. Assist relevant stakeholder on legal administrative filling, submission and/or   reporting
4. Identify issues that may arise in commercial agreeements with business partners
5. Attending meetings with relevant government institutions
6. Liaising and coordinate with other external Party when necessary
7. Establish and maintain relationship with relevant government authorities
8. High discipline in file and document storing / sharing
9. Excellent self management, communication, networking, and leadership skills
