To Support Strategic Business Managers in planning and implementing business development strategies to win sales;
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets with large existing customers and expand new accounts by representing the entire range of BSI products and services.
- Work with customers to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to ensure BSI is well placed to win new business and/ or maintain and grow existing business.
- Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations to close new business deals.
- Manage, maintain and update key stakeholders’ information in SalesForce to ensure current contacts remain relevant.
Qualification requires:
Education: D3 Business Administration or any Major
 Working experience: Min 3 years as sales in training and or management system.
Technical & Soft Skill:
- Experience in building the sales pipeline and achieving the sales target within the timeline.
- From Certification Body or Consultant management System is preferable
- Experience in Training, Consultant Management, or Certification Company
- Strong communication and presentation
- Customer-oriented and work well under pressure
- Have integrity, ensuring that business is conducted in an ethical manner
- Have commercial focus, understand customer’s needs and add value
- Proactive with people and can lead by example
