Our Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. They are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding in their Universities and in the country. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand at their campus. This includes sampling to customers, inviting product trials, in addition to working at Red Bull Events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers. Student Marketeers value work flexibility and love to work in a creative working atmosphere. In 1987, Red Bull not only launched a completely new product, but it also created and has led ever since a whole new product category, Energy Drinks. All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Learn to use and love the Brand and Product and use it to inspire others!

You will be responsible for growing the user base by sampling and trial to our target consumers.

Youll do this by building a campus plan that drives our image via Red Bull owned events, hacks, sharing RB properties, and integrating our product and brand with Big Moments.

Planning & reporting your activities will be a regular part of your role via the dedicated online platform and youll be able to do this promptly and with accuracy.

We will value your contribution in developing the Red Bull media business by providing local insights, trends, and overall opportunities.

A large part of the role will also be supporting Red Bull events and partner events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

In this role, you can expect training and an introduction to becoming a sales expert.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• Excellent communication skills. Highly approachable, energetic, outgoing and social with the ability to relate to different people in on many occasions
• Encompass a creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
• Ability to manage part-time work. studies, and ideally available to work some evenings and weekends
• An affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation and sales
• Connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals on campus
• Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product
• Own a Drivers License

• Must be a student of Universitas Tarumanagara Semester 1 - 4
• Fluent in Speaking and Writing in Indonesian and English.
• Travel 10%
