In this role, you’ll get to:
- Accountable for all sales promotion planning, coordination and implementation, demand forecast, inventory management, customer growth strategy sell-in and execution, new product listing, trading terms negotiation and in-store execution of all designated key accounts.
- Responsible in developing Customer Business Plan, quarterly & yearly Business review with key accounts to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
- Builds and maintains good rapport with Key Accounts at HQ and store level.
- Works closely with operation team and supports merchandising efforts with shelf presence, primary & secondary display and ensures planograms are with the right stock weights.
- Able to apply shopper’s insight and category management to optimize promotional sell-out, continuously collects market information and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity.
- Manages sales merchandisers from capability building, issue resolution to day-to-day operation to ensure speedy and excellent execution in stores.
- Any other task assigned from time to time.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- The candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sales.
- Minimum 2 years related experience in the Baby care / Personal Care industry with proven track record and experience in Key Account Management for Skincare categories will be an added advantage.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and tight deadline.
- Consistently provides accurate and compliant reporting, both verbally and in writing.
- Possess good analytical, interpersonal, multitasking, organization, communications skills and cross functional team working. High ownership, agile & open-minded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good in the areas of sales, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
It’s great if you have:
- Experience in customer service excellence and sales operation effectiveness will be a plus.
