The ideal candidate should be controlled purchasing and cost control the food and beverage outlets in terms of wastage, waste product, cost efficiency, cost of goods sold (COGS) and also responsible to record information and produce control report periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage item.

Responsibilities

A.      Purchasing & Logistics

• Lead a purchasing and Cost Control team, direct report to General Manager and/or Board of Directors.
• Managing end-to-end Purchasing and Cost Control operations on all of restaurant branch, restaurant equipment, to ensure smooth operations on restaurant purchasing & logistics.
• Strategically plan and manage purchasing & cost control of restaurant.
• Able to effectively control and able to cut possible purchasing & logistics cost and food & beverage (F&B) cost.
• Keep track of purchasing, product quantity and quality, inventory levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other unit sourcing teams and department (for Restaurant Needs)
• Create summary report for General Manager by weekly, update progress, plan and outstanding jobs.
• Monthly Vendor Acquisition and review.

B.      Cost Control

• Make assumptions on demand forecast, review forecast accuracy and make adjustments to align with planning.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies.
• Address demand related issues in a timely and effective manner. Also to work effectively as good team member.
• Prepare costs analysis (such as COGS, wastage, pilferage indication, etc) as an reports and communicating the action plan with relevant department.
• Create an effective and efficient supply chain management (ERP).
• Placement in Badung.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in logistics/supply chain & Cost Control preferably within FnB area, with at least 2 years working experience in planning managerial level.
• Strong understanding in demand planning and supply chain management
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multi-task
• Have previous experience working with implementation of ERP and digitalization of supply chain process
• Able to create (daily, weekly, and yearly) costing reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point, V-Look-Up and Pivot.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Great attitude and Integrity.
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skill.
