Lowongan HC & Comben Supervisor di PT Halmahera Sukses Mineral

Responsibility :

1. Process payroll every month including verification, submitting approval and payment, salary, allowance, overtime, absences, leave, service, reimbursement, Pph21 income tax according to a set schedule.
2. Process registration, deactivation, calculation and payment of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP Online) and BPJS Kesehatan (E-Dabu).
3. Carry out the data entry process, update employee personal data regularly.
4. Compile, evaluate, develop a remuneration system including Salary Structure, Allowances, and other benefits.
5. Prepare an annual budget and control expenses related to employee Compensation & Benefits,
6. Responsible for the General Affair function including procurement, supervision, budgeting, controlling costs such as ATK, office operational costs, invoicing vendor tickets, hotels, operational vehicles, office cleaning etc.
7. Assist, prepare the draft and implementation of policies related to Comben and General Affair.
8. Make regular reports related to costs both weekly, monthly and yearly.

Requirement :

1. Maximum age 30 years
2. Minimum education S1 all majors, preferably Management / Finance / Accounting.
3. Able to operate computer software well M. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio), preferably able to operate HRIS/Payroll software.
4. Experience in the same position at least 2 years in the mining industry
5. Nimble, analytical, thorough, forward thinking, focused, energetic.
6. Understand labor regulations UU Cipta Kerja and related regulations
7. Jakarta Head Office placement, with working days Monday to Saturday and willing to make a business trip to the site.
