Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor in the related industry

- Must be able to speak and write in English

- Worked in a construction company before

- Understands project

- Can use AutoCAD, Ms Office and others

- Able to manage the sites Machinery and Equipment

- Willing to travel to project sites and remote areas

- Can work under pressure

Job Description:

- Oversee equipment operation, analyze malfunctions and enhance reliability.

- Cooperate with maintenance personnel during equipment installation or repairs..

- Handle equipment installation.

- Interact with vendors and craftsmen and consider critical path lines to stay on schedule.

- Budget, strategize on spare parts and communicate strongly.

- Coordinate with maintenance, safety, Industrial and Process Engineering departments.

- Present and report on project status.

- Support on mechanical equipment engineering for high-volume construction plants production processes.

- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and improve machining and assembly equipment.

- Reduce cost, handle preventive maintenance programs, document, train and upgrade equipment.

- Communicate and coordinate with organization departments.
