Lowongan Marketing Manager di PT Organika Alam Semesta

Responsibility:

1. Lead, plan and execute monthly campaigns including content on our screen, social media, website, event, public relations and influencer.

2. Conceptualise, plan, and manage marketing content in all digital platforms including social media, e-commerce, and website, also oversee and coordinate.

3. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assess ROIs and KPIs, and analyze competitor/customer insights.

4. Monitor performance marketing campaigns, optimize placements and make recommendations to achieve management targets.

5. Review sales performance and suggest campaigns.

6. Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and always on brand building initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in marketing or relevant field

2. A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing and marketing.

3. Have a growth mindset and leadership ability

4. Highly creative with good taste in design

5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

6. Strong project management skills and attention to detail and up-to-date with latest trends in beauty industry. And passionate about beauty industry

7. Good at developing campaign or events strategies and can lead the project/ team to implement them effectively.
