Lowongan Mechanical Maintenance (Loc:Jambi) di PT Sentosa Jaya Purnama

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum experience 2 (two) years of hands-on maintaining a power plant system
• Ability to use a computer for purpose of data entry and reporting
• Understanding HAZMAT is a plus
• Excellent ability to work well independently or in a team atmosphere.
• Have a good conversational capability in the Mandarin language will be advantage
• Must have the ability to work under shift schedule in flexible hours and weekends as needed.
• Willing to be placed at Jambi

Job Descriptions:

• Report material or spare parts used for mechanical work.
• Check the condition of each engine unit (vibration), if needed.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance of each machine
• Ensuring the use of equipment in accordance with its function both for dismantling and  installation.
• Checking supporting tools for each machine unit (pressure gauge, etc).
• Report the use of grease and oil.
• Store work equipment in its original place, after it has been used and after cleaned first.
• Paying attention to the completeness of security equipment at work (PPE).
• Continue the task from the previous shift if shift is shifted.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area every day such as scrap iron, oil, and oil grease and other waste.
• Always establish and enhance good cooperation between divisions for efficiency and smooth operation of the power plant.
• Has an initiative to physically inspect machines by running throughout the plant during the operating period.
• Report to supervisor if any defects are identified before reacting to repair work.
• Pro-actively analyzing the sounds and odors produced in the factory during the operating period.
